YES! We get to learn how to mix drinks and even get to taste them XP I wouldn't say all of them are nice..quite a few that we learnt how to make recently taste disgusting, but anyhow, still interesting :D
Since it was the first lesson, the teacher explained all the names of the apparatus, cups, etc etc. Yes, ALL in Mandarin - . -

it's part of vocational high school here, you can sorta choose what you'll like to major in. This would be under restaurant/hotel management.
We don't usually drink much, just a few sips to 'test' our drink :P
