Chinese Cooking- Every Wednesdays

The first time setting into the Chinese Cooking classroom...didn't have a good impression of the classroom since it smelt stronly of grime, oil and filth. The workstations are seriously dirty and ours had ants crawling everywhere =/

Anyhow, the class began with the teacher demonstrating. We were to make fried rice that day.

She taught us the different basic cuts, how to handle the knife etc.

and without furtherado, we had to set out to work!
